There are lots of studies that show that women do not have to withhold
their life giving breastmilk in order to give a dead chemical soup
after general anaesthesia.

I am always interested to note that the same people that say that the
mother cannot breastfeed are often the same ones that say there is no
milk in the first few days.  If there is no milk, what's the problem
with breastfeeding.  Huh?  Put that in your pipe...
