There is something I need more info about and I am hoping someone on lactnet
can help me.

I have seen the first attachment video showing the effect of analgesia
(demerol) on first attachment.

I have read recent literature describing the fact that the shorter the DDI
(drug to delivery interval) has the least effect on breastfeeding.

I have not read anything that balanced that fact with older information
stating that the shorter the DDI the more likely the effect on respiratory
function.

How do these two facts align? or do they?

Thanks,

Jeannette
