When a mom has one sided breast pain for no obvious reason, I suggest the 
she hold the baby  in the "normal" cradle hold on the good side, then slide 
baby straight across her lap to the other side, not turning her around like 
you would do to cradle hold feed on the second side.  I hope you can 
visualize what I  mean.  It probably has to do with the TT.  Pat  in SNJ
