In response to the question on breastfeeding rates, WHO in Geneva
has a Global Database project which has collected together all the
studies on breastfeeding rates that meet certain criteria relating
to standards.  It is a new project, the result of several year's
work.  Maybe someone from WHO could enlighten us.
