I am amazed at the phenomenal resource we have with this thing called
"Lactnet." Such a simple name, but so profound a service!

What are the chances of my running into a person who had had vaginal
bleeding from skin tags? (And who figured it out herself!) What are the
chances of my meeting a woman who traveled to Belize for a wedding with bags
of breastfeeding supplies? Where would I find someone who would share with
me her "traveling bag contents" or sit and explain so clearly the mechanism
of supply and demand as it relates to breastfeeding? Or how about herbs or
headlice treatments? Then there is the support for another who is struggling
with a difficult case or with doubts in her capability to know enough.

I am deeply grateful to all of you for your generous sharing and genuine
caring. And to the Kathys for doing whatever it takes to keep this service
going.
