Awesome, Nikki Lee!

We recently gave a webinar on "Family Centered C-Sec" with Chief of Obstetric Anesthesiology Bill Camann from Boston's Brigham & Women's Hospital. He is a huge advocate of Skin to Skin in the OR and was instrumental in BWH (10K births/year) and many other hospitals adopting these protocols. Dr. Camann offers many responses to the common medical concerns (maintaining sterile field, clear drapes, passing the baby, temperature issues in the OR, Dad doing skin to skin, etc). Would view this before your talk and make link available - amazing photos! Dr. Camann is eager to help other anesthesiologists and OBs bring Family Centered Cesarean to all hospitals.

It looks like I will get to give a presentation to OB Anesthesia!!!

Any anesthesiologists on this list that have helpful hints for the anesthesiologist's role in the OR when the baby is going skin to skin?
Nancy
