I am also wondering whether the baby who is on meds for reflux (cries a lot,
but gaining well) isn't on the receiving end of "oversupply" and/or
"overactive let down" syndrome???  It could explain the spitting, the crying,
and the gain...
  Lisa Jones, LLLL, in Wellington FL - who has seen several moms with
oversupply recently who are *very* relieved that it is a breastfeeding
"management" issue and nothing worse.
