I have heard, but can't reme,ber when, where or in what context, that
drinking beyond thurst and against the feeling of having had enough can work
counterproductive in milksupply. Drinkking to thurst or drinking a average
glass of liquid with each feed is said to work best, as far as I know. Seems
logic to me, though.
