I  am looking for research to support the importance of putting babies to
breast during the first 1-2 hours after birth.  I am familiar with Righard's
"Effect of delivery room routines on success of  first breast-feed".  If
anyone  has a nice reference list on this subject I would greatly
appreciate a Lactnet post, my medline search wasn't as productive as I
had hoped.  Thanks!
