I have emailed our contact at LISTSERV. I think that the listserv is
experiencing some transient gastrointestinal  difficulties, causing
repeated upchucking of old digests. Sorry folks. Have patience. I am sure
the server will be feeling better (and acting better) soon. And, just for
information's sake, the service they provide to us is FREE, so we can
afford to have some patience with them as they work out their technical
problems, which are very infrequent.
