Unfortunately home schooling means her mom will have to oversee the 
schooling.  Most school systems would not send a teacher for an hour or two 
a day just because she wants to nurse her baby :-(  She will have to explore 
what is available in her area.  We have high schools in New Jersey that 
actually have day cares.
There are adult ed programs for GED programs etc.

True confessions - I was pregnant in my senior year and back in the day you 
had to leave school.  So I got my GED before my class even graduated :-)
