today while waiting at the doctor's office i noticed a letter in parents
magazine explaining one cause of increased otitis media in formula fed
infants they we may have previously overlooked . . . i paraphrase, since i
did not want to steal the magazine - "i was bottlefeeding my 4 month old
daughter, and wanted to get a little extra sleep before the alarm went off,
so i decided to give her a pep talk to speed her up, and when i looked at
her, i discovered why she wasn't feeding very fast - i had stuck the bottle
in her ear."
