Update on Sarah.  She is in the ICU at a hospital in the Bronx, USA. She is
in critical condition and is struggling for her life. She has toxic shock,
and pneumonia, and I don't know what the bug is, but she needs to overcome it.

If anyone wants to send me a note, please do..or offer up a silent request
if you believe in that...whatever.

Thanks. I am compiling emails and sending them to her husband Phil, who is
reading them to her.
