Dear Karen,

Could be a supply/MER issue which may be being duplicated during bottlefeeding if mom is using a fast-flow nipple and poor positioning.  However, I suspect that this kid needs to be worked up by an OT who specializes in suck/swallow disorders.  Could have reflux or some other swallow disorder.
