I also have had some questions about this product .  It is especially interesting that there was a Golacta booth at the ILCA convention and they sell moringa capsules.

There is a small study (53) that you can access from the home page that has the mothers take the capsules for 1-2 weeks before delivery and the women taking moringa capsules had increased their milk volumes sooner and produced larger volumes.  I can see problems with this study and it doesn't answer the question "Will this help women with low milk supply." 

I also subscribe to MOBI and there is a lot of discussion about moringa at present because someone had a big increase in her supply after starting this product.  I have many questions about herbal products and have been searching for answers.  I would really enjoy an in depth discussion about herbs like we had about ankyloglossia.  Rachel Wahl RN IBCLC
