Hi all
 
This may Surprise some of you but specialize is US spelling for specialise
(English and Australian spelling). In Australia colour is the same as color
(US), grey is the same word as gray. Actually there are heaps of words that
England, Australia and New Zealand spell differently. Please recognise these
differences between us. This is yet another challenge that we face together.
