Winnie, I assume that you were thinking of the spores in/on clothing rather
than a transfer of the illness to an infant. But in case someone is
pondering the contagion aspect, there was an Anthrax Expert on the radio
yesterday who stated firmly that anthrax is not contagious--is not
transfered from person to person.

He also said that chlorine bleach or other disinfectants will kill the
bacteria, hence spores. So clothing could easily be decontaminated.
