Apparently there is something in the January 1997 Journal of
Pediatrics about vitamin K.  I have not yet seen it.

There are some cases of bleeding, including intracranial hemorrhage in
exclusively breastfed babies, who never received any vitamin K.  But
if they received the IM dose at birth, I have never heard of it and it
must be extremely rare.

As usual, the attitude of the French to breastfeeding can be described
only as bizarre.
