Timi, I would encourage mom to breastfeed.  If she is willing to try that,
perhaps she wasn't really ready to wean and just needs some support.  It's
hard enough to bfd a toddler, but 2 is really setting yourself up for lots of
"advice".  Plus a feeding every couple of weeks will not maintain a huge
supply, and is much easier than pumping this most likely plugged duct.
