Diane,
I have several full-time employed mothers using the Av**t Is*s hand pump, all
with excellent results.  One is an IBCLC who has tried other electric
hospital-grade pumps and still gets more with the hand pump!  I've had perhaps
two dozen moms using it for various needs, all with good reports, no
complaints.
