I find it frustrating at the hospital I am working at. Half the peds don't
care if a baby eats in the first 24 hours. Half the nurses freak out if the
infants aren't latching. There is no policy. Supplementing happens with the
night nurses all the time. Trying to figure out what guidelines I can
recommend so everyone is on the same page ....
