I am an adoptive nursing mom and also need HRT (ovarian cancer sourvivor).
After considering the pros/cons I have decided to discontinue my HRT during
our nursing relationship. I followed Dr. Newman's protocol for induced
lactation and now have a full supply for ds (seven months old). I am afraid
that the HRT would cause any kind of decrease.

Here is one article which may help http://www.lact-aid.com/rpt011.htm
