Dear Maya, I would suggest yeast (undertreated with Nystatin) perhaps, and
also blanching/Raynaud's, that I have seen hand in hand with this type of
pain, burning, and slit/crack.
 
I suggest going to www.kellymom.com. Read the pieces there on thrush, and on
vasospasm/Raynaud's.

This could be a lot of things, but fungal infection is one of them, and the
nystatin treatment is no guarantee of a cure.
