I see even better results when moms start this protocol by pumping both
breast as empty as possible (preferable double electric) then have the baby
drink the fatty milk that is left. Often babies will have a nice sleep then,
with a belly that does not hurt from a watery overload, but is lined with
cream.  Don't be surprise to see a mom pump half a liter when she is really
oversupplied!  Som moms will need to repeat the pumping after some days
