For those who are interested, here are some of the instructions our health
departments (we have 6 state health depts and one federal one) give to
artificially feeding mothers.  I note that all of them encourage carefully
sterilising feeding equipment but then tell mothers to use *cooled* (even to
room temperature) boiled water to mix up feeds (we haven't had a case of
e.sakazakii, yet - propably because nobody bothers testing for it!)
