I req suggestions last week in regard to baby that
continued to suck his bottom lip and keep tongue in
palate.  Thanks for the responses. Baby is now rooting
more and will lower his tongue without coaxing.  He
can bottle feed EBM great. Mom had been fdg by bottle
as she was afraid he wouldn't get enough by nipple
shield at breast.  She bought a small newborn size at
my suggestion and baby is breastfeeding exclusively
using the shield.  He is having adequate output and
will come here on the 24th for wgt check.  Hope he has
gained or at least not lost. She also did the
"rebirthing" in the warm tub and found this to be
helpful. Thanks for the input!
