I read sometime ago that when expressing, it is recommended that you
do:  3-5 mins on the left, 3-5 mins on the right, 3-5 mins left, 3-5
mins on the right.  Can anyone tell me why?  I know it works well and
better than pumping a straight 10 mins on each breast, but why?
