Is there any literature about traumatic breastfeeding experiences, when mothers postpone the next pregnancy because the nursing was so painful or difficult?  I've met several women who've said that birth was easy and breastfeeding was brutal.  I'm seeking to support a 2nd time mom who is extremely worried.
