Thank-you Dr Leeper,

I was afraid of this.   I did find the following which is probably what you are referring to.

Do you have a recommendation of how to locate someone who would be willing to do the aspiration with ultrasound?  Are radiologists the only professionals qualified to do this?  Should an OB/GYN have the knowledge of how to do the aspiration guided by ultrasound?
