People magazine has an article on TV personality 52 year old Joan Lunden
and the surrogate mom who is having twins for her and her husband.  This
author of this online article suggests trying breastfeeding.

Joan, I applaud you for coming forth and indeed being a role model for
infertility and surrogacy. We need more role models from high profile
television personalities. Great job. The only thing I would say to you
is, breastfeeding is possible with twins. Don’t give up on that idea
yet. From personal experience, I will say it is more challenging, but
possible.
