IMO, I think it's time to identify situations in which HCPs contributed, or probably contributed, to breastfeeding/lactation initiation issues or difficulty as "iatrogenic," which they are. HCP who choose to work in a particular specialty area should be accountable for what they do -- or what they don't do and should!
