Just called National Lib of Med -  Grateful Med (the software for Medline)
costs about $40.  The online time is $18 per hour.  There is a 'deal' for
American Acad. of Peds and Cardiac and ? (can't remember the other area) for
$200/year flat rate for the software and all search time.
