Please, if you are forwarding a message you have received somewhere else, take
the time to cut and paste the actual text of the message into a completely new
e-mail to the list.  This is not to prevent the spread of viruses, but to save
space on Lactnet.  The list of all the addressees of the original post can be
very long.
