The mother who was harrassed in a courthouse in New York State is already getting some resolution.  Apologies have been made, and the larger wheels are starting to grind.  Everyone knowledgeable has been urging her not to take further action until those wheels grind out the most effective options, and I'm passing that urging along to lactnetters.  It looks as if this case will ultimately do a lot of good, so long as we all sit on our hands for the moment.

Thank you all for the ideas and materials!  There's some great stuff out there, and I hold out hope that this could be the last case like this in New York State :-)
