Aside from the mini pill, which has already been mentioned, what are some other options being given to moms?  What about Mirena - anyone have references on it and milk supply?  I know this has been the big push amongst OB's in my area recently and I'd like to know if it has any effect on milk supply since it does have a low dose hormone with it.  THe OB's are touting it as a "locally acting" hormone that won't have a systemic effect, but basic human physiology makes that seem unlikely to me :-)
