This may sound crazy (it’s evening time and I have worked all day – mind is going crazy) – has the mother tried using some of her own expressed breastmilk on her areas of psoriasis? It may not make it go away but maybe it would help to relieve some of the dryness and itchy symptoms. Well at least it wouldn’t hurt anything and might make some of the other medications work better or to be able to use a lesser strength shampoo.
