I agree, Marsha, this is sad, and should never have happened.

When I viewed the story, there was an ad *in Norwegian* for the Nestlé
baby club in the middle of the screen, breaking up the text in the
article about this baby who indeed died of what they called a
'cronobacter' sakazakii infection.  I've only seen it referred to as
Enterobacter s. before, but assume it is the same bug as has been
found in unopened packages of powdered infant formula in Europe.

PS The Nestlé company is a habitual breaker of the provision in the
code forbidding manufacturers of breastmilk substittutes from seeking
contact with expectant parents and parents of young children.  I get
their adverts in my g-mail too, probably because I get a lot of e-mail
about breastfeeding.   It really feels like an invasion.
