Has any lactnetter's been to an actual parenting class of the Ezzo's?

A friend of mine(the father) has a 3 month old breastfed baby they are
raising the Ezzo way. This morning I realized where he had his parenting
classes when he mentioned the scheduled feedings. He said they learn about
the babies cues and there is flexibility in the feeding schedule and he
would never let her cry and starve. He said he has been getting a hard time
from attachment style parenting friends who have "false beliefs" about Ezzo
and that you have to go to a class to understand. Many people have said
negative things about LLL and find it is very different once they attend.I'm
just wondering what all of you have to say on this angle.
