The only intraductal papillomas (pappillomae?) I have come across
manifested as intermittant episodes of copious blood in the milk,
not consistent red milk over a period.  Both times my suspicion was
confirmed by a specialist, but no intervention was necessary.  Can
anyone comment on the typical presentation?  Episodes of bleeding or
more consistent bleeding over a period of time?
