I have had numerous clients using domperidone over the last several years
and no one has had any depression symptoms.  Some of them did have a
history of depression and asked their doctors for a prescription of
domperidone instead of Reglan.

I send the MDs Dr. Jack's article on the drug and have had no one fail to
prescribe it.
