I have searched the archives, most of the medical/bf websites and haven't come up with anything to help me on this so I am turning to you.
3rd child. bf second successfully til one year. New baby born December 2001. Mom has excessive sweating ONLY at night. Has to change clothes numerous times.  No particular problems with bf. going well. Drs have suggested possible infection of some sort or Hotchkins Disease. They are doing a biopsy in the lymph glands in her neck on sunday with General Anaesthetic. She wants to know 1) has anyone heard of such symptoms?
2) Anyone know of bf and hotchkins?
I will find out more about the anesthetic on Wednesday, when she will find out exactly what drugs will be used. I also referred her to our local drug centers who specialize in drug usage during pregnancy and bfg. I found the table in Breastfeeding and Human Lactation which will give an indication of half lives, etc...
