I have seen some moms who have made such a huge increase in milk supply
while on domperidone
that the babies are spitting up because they are overfeeding. Sometimes
these moms need to cut the
domperidone but it is usually recommended to cut it gradually. (as per
Jack Newmans info. sheet
on domperidone).

I am sure it is also possible for baby to be having a reaction to the
medication.
