I went to check if this resource with breastfeeding videos, with a drop-down list of languages available,  includes Urdu, but, unfortunately, it doesn't.  But as long as I went to that website, I thought I'd share the link here again -- under the "videos for mothers," the "Attaching Your Baby at the Breast" is excellent -- with close-ups, slow motion, good explanations and a calm voice.
