In a message dated 98-01-04 15:41:41 EST, you write:

<< there's a beautiful drawing of a breastfeeding duo. Of course, it's a
mother in steerage who's doing it....
The drawing stays on screen for a pretty long time, as if the editors
were trying to say, WELL, DO YOU GET IT!!! >>

I was wondering. The girl looking at the drawing of the breastfeeding mom
from steerage was a girl from the upper decks (read=upper class) - what are
the chances she had never even seen a woman/baby breastfeeding?

In that era, didn't the wealthy find wet nurses?
