Curious if any dental experts can share some insight into the following policy of the AAPD: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry

Policy on Early Childhood Caries (ECC): Classifications, Consequences,

"Ad libitum breast-feeding should be avoided after the first primary tooth begins to erupt and other
dietary carbohydrates are introduced."

Anyone know if the WHO has dental/breastfeeding related recommendations?
