Try searching the archives for ' Lacto - engineering' or ' Paula Meier ' .
You should be able to find lots of info on this subject that way.
I once went to a conference at which Paula spoke and I bought her
information brochures.
Have displaced them at the moment, but the archives should be of help to you.
