Well, this story below has really upset me.  I know that judges can act like
God and this one certainly has.  Why does she not approve of the mother
feeding her baby?  Then she orders HHS to feed the baby--what?--formula, of
course.

I will be emailing and faxing the newspaper my opinion of the treatment of
this mother and baby in the court.  There is nothing accommodating a
nursling here.  Protein of formula is just as dangerous in PKU and formula
containing lactose would be dangerous in galactosemia also.   

Does the judge have a personal bias?  In my opinion, this baby needs an
attorney of its own. This is a power play.

"It has come to the court's attention . . . that the child is hungry and
needs to be fed."

She ordered workers with the Nebraska Health and Human Services Department
to take the baby out of the courthouse, feed him, and not bring him back.

She later added, "I don't approve of Mom popping in (to the foster home)
nine times a day to nurse."
