I wonder if this mother of twins received IV antibiotics during labor or in
the hospital for that matter.   My sister tested positive for Strep B??
(Don't remember if it was A or B.)  But I have worked with mothers who
received that sort of intense treatment and developed Thrush postpartum
because of the megadose of antibiotics during labor.  I now add that to my
list of questions when I suspect thrush and it is a short time postpartum.

Just a thought.
