Hi Jack , Your post took me back to my first baby 27 plus years ago. In the
third trimester I frequently would wake in the middle of the night with milk
soaked clothes or better yet colostrum soaked clothes. The first time it
happened I thought my water had broken . Then I wised up started wearing a
nursing bra and pads to bed at night. Didn't happen with other preg.s of
course I was usually tandem nursing though. 18 weeks seems rather early to
have this problem could she be farther along? And could she be feeling breast
fullness and congestion rather than real engourgment? Hope this is not too
late to reply to this. Dee Keith, IBCLC, LLLL, Mother of 10.
