According to today's 'Times', one of her breasts failed to develop.  See

According to the 'Herald', (Glasgow) breastfeeding lasted 3 days.   The
mother is quoted as 'But I stopped after 3 days because it was
excruciatingly painful and I felt the implant move and pull.
